We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours. During sale periods or collection launches, this may take slightly longer.
ORDERS
1. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so there's a short window to make changes. Email customer@edmmond.com with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Once it's shipped, changes are no longer possible.
We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure everything is correct.
2. I typed the wrong delivery address/email on my order.
Please contact us at customer@edmmond.com and send us an email with your order number and the correct idelivery information, and we will try to modify and update your address.
3. I placed an order but didn't receive an order confirmation.
Start by checking your spam-filter. If you still haven't received one, please continue to send us an email with your order number, name and delivery address, so
we can be sure your information is correct.
4. My discount or credit code doesn't work, what can I do?
Please check that the spelling is correct and thait hasn't expired. If all the conditions are met and still doesn't work, please contact us.
SHIPPING
1. How long it would take my order to arrive?
Depends on the delivery place:
- Spain & Portugal: 2-3 business days.
- Europe: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5–10 business days.

2. Do you have free shipping?
Free shipping is available for a minimum amount, and it depends on the country.
3. Do I have to pay for customs clearance?
European Union: No additional duties apply.
Non-EU Countries (including UK & USA): Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
4. How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you haven't received any update, please contact us.
5. I haven't received my order
Please, if you haven't received your order, follows this steps:
- Check your tracking email.Search your inbox (and spam) for a dispatch confirmation from us. The tracking link shows the current status of your parcel in real time.
- Allow extra time.Delivery estimates can extend during busy periods, bad weather, or customs hold-ups. If you're outside the EU, customs clearance can add several days.
- Check with your neighbours and building reception.Carriers sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour or at a collection point without notifying you.
- Contact us. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the estimated delivery date has passed, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are within the EU, visit our retuns portal and enter your order number and email. Follow the steps to generate your return label.
If not, please send us the package by first contacting us thorugh email.
2. How many days do I have to return an order?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, and items must be in their original condition.
3. Are returns free?
Only exchanges are free in Spain. The rest, have a cost that need to be assumed by the customer and varies by country.
SIZING AND FIT
1. Do your clothes run true to size?
Our garments generally fit true to size with a relaxed, regular cut. That said, fit can vary slightly between styles — a structured jacket will wear differently from an oversized tee. We always recommend checking the measurements on each product page rather than going by size label alone. When in doubt, size up — our fabrics hold their shape well even with a looser fit.
2. Will an out of stock item be restocked?
Most of our collections are not restocked! However, if an item is restocked, we will announce it through our social media channels or in our newsletter.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping costs include:
- Transport
- Insurance
- Customs clearance at origin.
*For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (customs duties) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in order to receive the goods.
Shipments are made with UPS for international orders and TIPSA on Spain.

Delivery time may be longer during the sales period.
The order will be prepared 24 hours after payment from Monday to Friday and the express delivery will be effective for orders placed before 14pm of the same day.

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to make an exchange or a return.
The items to be returned must be in perfect condition; they must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.). Otherwise, a deduction of up to 100% of the price of the item may be made.
Properly pack the original box in the shipping carton to avoid damage during shipping (you may use the same shipping carton or other protective packaging).
Refunds will be initiated once the items have arrived and have been checked (shipping costs will not be
refunded, if applicable).
Socks and underwear cannot be returned. Gift Card balances cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Only unused Gift Cards will be accepted for return.
EU RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You will have to enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. Once you have selected the items to be returned and validated the shipping address, you will receive a return label by email. The instant refund will be made and you will have to deliver the package to the indicated office. For the exchanges, the procedure is the same, and once we receive the exchange request, we will send the new garment directly.
Exchanges have a cost of 9€ and returns a cost of 13€. For Spain, returns are 4€ and free exchanges. A second exchange/return is entirely at the customer's expense and must be handled by the customer.
Not available for Finland and Sweden*
In addition, you can always return the goods on your own, using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. The goods should be sent to the address below.
REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
We do not offer an exchange service for rest of the countries. If you wish, you may make a return and place a new order.
For international orders, send the package to our facilities by any courier service at your expense. Returns by courier are at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
Steps:
1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com specifying the product you wish to return. Don't forget to send us the tracking number so that we know where your order is.
2. Send the package at your own expense to the following address:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and with all original brand labels attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, we will refund your money. Once we have inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued automatically using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing, or 1 business day for PayPal orders.

The purchase amount will be debited from your account as soon as the order is placed.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verifled by a security code. Payment is charged to your card once you place your order.

You can pay through bizum if you have a spanish number.
